Carte Noire Roast and Ground Coffee 3 x 250 g

Nice stuff, has quite a thick dark taste. I bought it on Amazon when it was reduced to £2.50 for 250g, it now appears to be £7.99 for 250g. My personal taste is that it was nice but I probably wouldn't pay full price for it. It's nicer than Tesco's own brand-cheap-as-chips ground coffee which is roughly £2.50 for 250g, but it's not £5.50 worth nicer :D Just get the Tesco coffee then spend that £5.50 on some nice cakes to go with your cheaper coffee - overall it will be a more pleasant experience.

I recieved my coffee order quickly and efficiently. Price was good at £2.50 a pack 250 grams. The only issue I have is the freshness of the product, for me I would have preferred the coffee expiring after Oct'14. That would suggest that its not as fresh for my likening. The coffee is strong but can't at all beat illy's. Thanks

This is a very good coffee, especially for a daily consumption. You can drink many cups a day and the pleasure is always great. It will be ok for a filter coffee maker but you will get the better from it with the italian coffee maker. They call it on Amazon "Espresso coffee maker" and there are many models.

As commented by others, ludicrously overpriced, however, seeing as it doesn't seem to be in shops anymore, I bought this roast as I rate it in the top 5 I have ever had. Makes a lovely coffee for a weekend morning.

The product was a lovely tasting coffee. And I would recommend it for its rich roasted tastes.

Very expensive, good coffee but not sure it's worth that price

I love this coffee. It smells delicious as soon as you open the packet and it brews into dark, strong lovely coffee. Unfortunately for my husband this coffe doesn't quite agree with his (weak) tummy, but on the other side of the coin, that leaves A LOT of coffee for me! Not Carte Noires fault that my husband can't handle his coffee, now is it? Highly recommended

This is my favourite coffee. Now that coffee pods have become popular this product is difficult to get. Love the taste .

Bought it for a friend

bought this because it went with my coffee maker, thought it was a bigger pack was quite suprised when it came how much it was compared to the supermarket would not buy from here again

Whilst the taste of this coffee is great, I do believe it was a tad expensive for the size of the pack.

Wonderful intense and deep flavoured coffee. The instant Carte Noire is for my money the best instant coffee on the market. This stuff just blows you away with its deeply rich aroma and taste. Wonderful stuff to start the day or finish a nice meal.

not a lot to say about this item...its coffee...looks and tastes like coffee and is coffee.but quite strong if you like your coffee like that

regret ordering as I found I could buy three of these packs for the same price in Asda,information came across as a lager pack than standard
