I had previously owned a different brand of security cameras for a couple years and one recently failed so I ordered a replacement. I could not get it to connect to my wifi so I returned it and ordered another one. The second one also would not connect, so now I have decided to try a different brand.These Kolaura cameras are excellent! First, they are so much easier to connect to my wifi. The setup was quick and I was looking at the images within about two minutes of opening the box. Second, they have great image quality. Both day and night videos are clear. Third, the cloud service is about $1 cheaper per month than my previous brand. And lastly, the motion detection is good but almost too good. I had to turn it to the lowest setting and still I get the occasional nighttime image of a bug flying in close proximity. All in all though, these are a good purchase!!

the motion detect function of this camera is CRAZY, it push alert to my phone when a small piece of leaf blow into my front porch or a tiny bird that flew by. nothing get past without getting notice. But this camera require a strong internet connection to stream, other than that , it is perfect!

Camera doesn't record motion detection alerts after a 3 weeks. Great pictures on live and sounds is good but useless if it doesn't record stuff unless you watch it 24/7 UPDATE :After my review about my camera not working I was contacted and after trying a couple of things that didn't work I was sent another camera. I can say their customer service is excellent and would buy again

I like having the convenience of a camera however even on the lowest setting if it is snowing or raining the camera notification is constantly going off. The notifications have become so irritating that I’ve had to turn the motion detection off which defeats the purpose of having a driveway camera. I do like the convenience to be able to talk to people through the camera, but That is much harder to do when you’re turning the notifications on and off depending on whether.

It's really hard for shopping this kind of camera since there are too many similar products. I choose this one for these reasons.1. Micro SD card 2, Ether cable 3. Pairing easiness 4. Price1. You need to unscrew the back cover to insert 3. It was a breeze compared to other (at least I tried 4 different company's camera previously) 4. Price is right I really wished this company is the USA but unfortunately it's China. there is a risk about that, especially this is IPCamera. But this camera was a lot easier than the other out there. I hope it will last though( I just started to use it for a month)

Nice home security camera, so easy to connect to the cell !it can hang or put at anywhere I want,It is a high quality camera ,I can see clearly on my phone

No warranty and no response from owner of inventory about warranty. Dont trust brand may work at first but doesnt last....still waiting for any warranty information...all info is welcome!

The camera itself is very nice and does the job. Forget about ANY help from the "customer service" people. Whether set up question or help with app selection. Completely worthless.
