Somebody can’t count.
As u can see I ordered the 16 because I needed the black and white paint pens..... the 18 count does not have black and white. They have metallic and solid colors....... that’s why I purposely got the 16..... well.... the can said 16 count but as shown in the pic I clearly have the 18 count ... so now I have to run out and spend MORE money to get the two pens I needed because returning and waiting for a replacement would take too long. Never buying again. Only takes one time for u to waste my money.

I have written on jars and containers and the ink comes off in my hand.
