This is the best sensory sand out there! The sand stays put. My toddler tends to have sweaty palms and this sand doesn’t stick to her hands at all. My toddler loves that she can play with the sand different ways! It’s so easy to use and clean up is breeze! Stays fresh in the bag! Easy to store and put away! Such a great value for my money!10/10

My 4 yr old son absolutely loves this! Lots of independent play time. Good price and lots of fun toys to play with in it for making the sand castles. I’m not a big fan of messes in my house or on the kitchen table but this has had minimal mess. Requires some supervision from my with my son who just turned 4. But it’s much better than I expected! Also great is you just knock the castle down and smooth it out and place all the toys with it and it closes up and stores itself ! I would fully recommend getting this!

This was a great gift for my 4 year old. He loves this as a sensory toy. The pieces that is comes with to build a sand castle are a great size, and easy to use. It allows him to use his imagination and we use the bin as well as the top to create fun sand creations. It is a reasonable price, and I love that the top can go on and you store it away until the next time you're ready to play. It would be a great gift for any child.

My kids are obsessed with sensory bins and this is the perfect base filler for almost any setup we create. I prefer the natural color for versatility and find kinetic sand way easier to clean up than Play-Doh. Bonus, this never dries out so it can be used over and over again.

I got the 11 pound box and it is exactly the right size for a medium sensory box. I’d say it’s exactly the right amount for 1-2 toddlers to play with. My husband hates normal sand because that gets everywhere and this was our compromise so our kiddo can play with sand at home. It had a weird chemical smell when we took it out of the box- I hope it wears off with use and this is part of why I gave 4 instead of 5 stars although I would have given 4.5 stars if I could have. Also it comes packed (like really really packed) in the original packaging so you have to spend about 5 min fluffing up the sand the first time to get it ready. The other issue I have with it is that it is too heavy for a toddler to use a shovel in. However it molds perfectly and you can let it fall through your hands slowly and hide toys in it (even fabric ones) without anything sticking or getting dirty. When it falls out of the sensory box It cleans up easily- just grab a handful of sand and use it to blot up the rest of the sand. Overall great and I recommend it!

K.S. for kinetic sand - my 10 yr old loves it! He had some when he was younger & just requested more for his birthday. Hours of fun & imagination! Warning - don't let kids play with it on carpet. And don't get it wet (it ruins the texture). Other than that, it can last for years. This particular kit is nice because it comes with toys and a plastic box for storage and play surface.

My grandchildren. 2 yrs old and 3 yrs old LOVE this! I bought 2 mini outdoor pools, one blue and one pink (no squabbling) and put the sand in them (1 for the 3-yr old grandson (blue) and one for his 2-yr old sister (pink.) They can play for a very long time for their ages! I bought road work as well construction toys, they push the sand around, they bury things and dig them out...can play w/this in many different ways! My daughter likes that it is soft not grainy, that it wipes off the kiddos bare skin and clothes, well! I do not let the sand in the pools sit outside, the pools are put under a covering or in a garage! I do not believe the sand would do well getting soaked by rain. The kid's dad got grass clippings in the setting on the ground pools, had to pitch it all and start over...a small pool or large tub, setting on a deck or in a porch, would be a great idea for outdoor play! Indoor, perhaps a large tub! Either way, the sand would easily be swept up, it does not harden like original Play Doh :) ! Great Buy!
