Worth the price
Overall, I am really pleased with these earbuds. The last TW earbuds I had were a really cheap brand with poor sound quality, so getting these Lypertek earbuds was a considerable upgrade. I've had these for about 2.5 weeks and have been using regularly. Here's my list of pros and cons:Pros:-Sound quality is great. I was pretty impressed by how much the bass comes through. I'm not exactly an audiophile, so I don't have much to say other than they sound good.-I've had no issue connecting to my device after the initial setup and pairing.-The equilizer controls on the app really enhance the sound. I like being able to customize them so that I have one setting that's really immersive/sound cancelling and one that's a little quieter.-I like the actual design of the earbuds. They're lightweight but don't feel like they'll get knocked out by movement.-I like that they muffle background noise really well but are not completely sound cancelling.-The charging case has a great battery life. I've only had to charge it a couple times since I bought these.Cons:-The app sometimes has trouble locating the earbuds. This was worse when I was first getting them connected and paired to my device but it seems to have gotten better the more I use them.-The fit of the earbuds takes a bit of getting used to. You have to adjust them to make them stay but once they're in, they're not going anywhere.-I'm not sold on the ambient mode. Certain sounds frequencies like cracking knuckles or knocking on a door come through really well but others like talking just don't. Some noises like traffic can make music/audio sound garbled.-The battery life is not quite 10 hours, but it's still been really good so far. I've only drained the battery once so far and I think that was after playing music for 8.5 hours straight.Honestly, I'm not super bothered by any of the cons I've listed above. Based on my use of them for the past couple weeks, I think they're worth the money. I'd definitely recommend Lypertek PurePlay Z3 2.0.

Worth fifty bux, but not ninety. Similar to DT990, but warmer.
This is an extremely competitive market with many excellent options. I'm afraid there's no clear winner, it comes down to taste. These have a fun, but not bright sound signature. I prefer them for Jazz and some vocals, when you want to know the highs are there, but not get overwhelmed by them. They remind me of my DT990, but a bit nicer. I got these on sale for about 50 bux, I don't feel they're worth the full price of 90 bux, but I'll keep them for 50.I like:Sound improves with use, let them run for a while before passing full judgement. Again, they sound similar to a Beyerdynamic DT990, but a bit warmer and more playful. Wireless charging, customizable touch controls, anc (for the price, basically it cuts out low noise like engines), good app eq, aptX quality and reliability, plus the three types of tips are a neat idea. Sound quality is good for a single driver, pleasing across multiple genres, with plenty of bass but not too much. Good transparency for the indoors. Nice feature that tracks your location, so you can find a missing earbud (I especially like that you're not forced to use this, so you can maintain your privacy).I don't like:Transparency needs a wind mode, I can't safely use these outside my windy home. The thick case creates a bulge in the pocket and can't fit in your jeans coin pocket. I would like to see more tip options, because my ears are larger than any of these. I added SednaEarfit Xelastec tips, which are perfect for my ears and give that perfect seal these need to deliver bass and proper ANC. Of course, your experience will be different, just wait until they go on sale, so you might have money for aftermarket tips.I prefer these when listening to Jazz, some classical, and music that focuses on vocals. My other buds are Anker Soundcore Liberty 4, which costs over twice what I paid for these. Those have extremely detailed sound with second driver for the highs. I prefer those for exciting music, especially anything with heavy bass, or for when you really want to hear every single detail there is. In addition, the Liberty 4 also reduces wind noise in transparency mode, so I can use them outside and hear my surroundings while wind noise reduction is superb. I don't know if Anker's less expensive earbuds have such great wind canceling, but if you live in a windy area and want to use these outside, I'd try Anker before Lypertec. Of course, Lypertec may update their firmware, but as of this writing, wind noise may be a deal-breaker for these PurePlay Z5 earbuds. If you just want a nice pair to workout with, or go outside in an area without wind, or to use while cooking an cleaning, I highly recommend trying these out. Just wait for a sale, and they'll be well worth the purchase.
