The sofa arrived with the incorrect middle section I have been trying to sort this for over a month I still have a sofa that's faulty. I was promised a replacement eventually and this never arrived. Avoid at all costs the sofas look good but any issues you have won't get resolvedCustomer service is poor

Very happy with the sofa. It arrived the next day after I ordered it. The delivery driver was lovely! It’s a great price and very easy to put together. I would recommend.

Wish I had honey pot one,cushions don't fit properly and hard and you can see staples where covers been fitted ,really disappointing, not worth the money,don't buy

The media could not be loaded. I like the colour of the sofa. But unhappy with the colour of the black plaid cushions. Which is not the colour I ordered. Unhappy with the wrong colour panel at the base...unhappy with the missing studs on the arms. The middle leg is the wrong shape and don't look steady so am avoiding sitting in that area.. some of the staples which is used to attach the lining underneath has fallen of. During delivery.. which I found in the packaging.. am not satisfy with the sofa, I want my money back thank you. I paid £699 for the sofa, the seller has offered me £40.00 compensation.. I believe sofa heaven just don't care about their customers. My issues are ongoing .

Easy assembly. Great delivery driver.Very comfortable too.
