Works wonders had for several months now still works great! I'm 130lb 5'3" can't do pull ups on my own and ordered the blue strap.

Very disappointed. The rubber is stiff and cheap. Only a matter of time before it snaps.

This band is great for building strength for pull ups. Eventually I will be able to do pull ups unassisted by building up to it with this band. Even then I will proabaly continue using the band to access an easier version of the exercise - makes it scalable. Now my husband is using it, too.

I purchased the blue band. Very good quality. Just what I needed for my physical therapy.

This band is great and would definitely recommend. I am 140lbs and cannot do pullups without assistance. The recommendation for me was blue or orange. Glad I went with the blue to start out because it helps me enough but still provides a challenge!
