Work well? Probably not. Will they work nominally? Probably. The next choice up for this brand has a higher rating and would probably give you better results for an extra $40. I'd splurge.

Q: can you use this as a car stereo?

As long as you had a power supply for it, I see no reason why you couldn't adapt it for use as a car stereo. I know very little about DC to AC power inverters, other than they're used in campers and recreational vehicles. Perhaps that would be a good place to start researching if you wanted to mount this in a trunk or elsewhere in a vehicle. I'd make sure that your car's warranty (if any) wouldn't be voided should an inverter cause any malfunction to the vehicle, though. I hope this answer helps you.

Q: Will it "remember" setting after completely unplugged from power? Will it be set to the same input and volume when it comes on?

NO NO and NO. As of 7/20/23 it does not remember what input to start up on. It defaults to AUX. I need it to default to bluetooth but if I power down with the switch or unplug, either way it comes back up into the Aux input

Q: Can I connect bluetooth speakers to this amp?

I believe the BT capability is only for inputs. Bluetooth passes digitized information, and a digital to analog converter (DAC) in the amp changes that to an analog signal that then passes to the speaker terminals. I doubt if the BT electronics in the amp would pass through a digital signal to your speakers, and if it did, that signal would not be amplified (amplification occurs in the analog domain), so why not just pair your BT source directly with your BT speakers? BT speakers have built-in amplifiers.
