Sooo I listened to the instructions on the back, take the 1st 14days of cycle, and made it through 4 days before calling it quits. I don’t know if it works because I couldn’t get past the smell these give off, it’s repulsive. Maybe I got an ultra strong round or?? But they became revolting to where I couldn’t take them any longer because it had my stomach rolling. Easy capsules to ingest, but the smell just got me. I hope they work for the sake of others who need this. I honestly can’t say I felt or saw a difference for 4 days.

It has more in it than a typical DIM supplement, but it appears that you don't need to take as much of it, although you don't get as much either! I can't say that it works any better than any other brand I have tried, but I'm fine with it as long as it doesn't cause a bad reaction. I took 1 star off due to the price, as you can get DIM cheaper than this (but you have to take more pills).

Not having totally read the product description, I found out these were not for post menopausal women. It would have been nice to have them state this on the initial product description rather than further on the page.Since I will not be able to use it I am going to give them to my daughter to see what she thinks. The ingredients sound great and made in the USA.

DIM benefits both women and men. It’s a plant compound that has picked up steam as a go-to treatment for maintaining "good" estrogen and testosterone balance, and as an anti-cancer agent. Particularly those related to sex hormones (e.g. breast, prostate, uterus, and ovary), in several ways. DIM for women who have an excess of the more harmful estrogens and helps shed them. There's a lot of research out there on the various benefits of DIM. Check it out!

One-a-day variety. This DIM supplement contains Calcium D-Glucarate which helps break down and eliminate excess estrogen in the body. Many DIM supplements do not contain this and therefor are less beneficial. I now only buy DIM with Calcium D-Glucarate. Unfortunately, this brand does not contain Sulforaphane which further helps the body eliminate the "bad" estrogen. But not containing Sulforaphane is not a deal breaker for me since it is very difficult to find a DIM supplement that has both Calsium D-Glucarate and Sulforaphane. I also wish this did not contain Biperine. I try to stay away from supplements containing this since it has been linked to some liver problems. This is an excellent brand that makes all their supplements in the USA.

I've been taking these in the first 14 days of my cycle, as directed, for my past two cycles. I wish I could say that I've noticed a difference, but I haven't. I do know that experts have suggested that DIM is good for hormone balance, but I couldn't find much on the other ingredients as it relates to estrogen. I will continue taking them until I run out, but likely won't repurchase.
