Definitely notice the difference when using it 👍BUT, buy the plain one!! That's one is 5*.just bought my 3rd pack and decided to go with a flavoured blueberry one, omg it's gross! It tastes and smells really strongly of artificial chemicals 🤮 it's awful and permeates what you put it with,and has a nasty sweetness with it too .. stick with plain! That one basically unnoticeable 👍

I’ve not used creatine before trying this. Definitely feel the difference after workouts. Less muscle pain and bounceback faster.

Excellent product

A serving is 1.5 spoonfuls with the provided spoon. Really annoying! Just make the spoon large enough. I think it’s a clever plan to cause people to overuse it.
