Great introduction for jigsaw puzzles
I bought this because my 23 month old son had mastered “chunky” piece puzzles. I like this set because it is a great introduction to jigsaw type puzzles. Each pair is cut slightly differently so it is self correcting and you wouldn’t be able to fit the wrong pieces together. It’s great fine motor skill practice and has a lot of transportation vocabulary opportunities. At first I didn’t care to use the frame that comes with the puzzle but then I found that it actually helps my son put the pieces together. I didn’t give him the whole 40 pieces at once- I started with only 2 pairs then gradually added 1-2 more. He’s now 25 months and I only leave about 8 pairs out at time so he’s not overwhelmed by choices. I chose this puzzle over other 2 piece puzzles because I like the realisticness of the pictures. Pictures include: sleigh, box truck, bicycle, helicopter, skateboard, pick up truck, hot air balloon, taxi, sailboat, school bus, van, airplane, car, motorcycle, wagon, train, rocketship, front and backhoe loader, scooter, and rollerblade.

Super Basic Puzzle To Start Off With
This puzzle was easy enough for my 20 month old... I have tried before other puzzle that are 3 to 4 piece imagine. He wasn’t interested and would just throw the pieces. This was awesome because I am starting with two different images, as to not overwhelm him with so many options. He is actually doing them. I would have given it 5 stars but the board to place the puzzle in came bent (it doesn’t lay flat on the floor, so he isn’t able to properly place the pieces inside of it, since there is an elevation in part of that border piece) and it was a Bummer because I could see how that piece actually helps if it would not be bent. All in all, aside from that I think it’s a good beginning matching puzzle. It goes great with his toy rotation theme of transportation this month.

Great learning tool for 2 year olds
This is a great puzzle for 2 year olds, and probably even 3 year olds depending on how well your child does puzzles. The pieces are sturdy and the pictures on the puzzles are mostly recognizable by that age group (except for a few like roller blades and the skate board). If the child doesn't make the correct match, the pieces don't fit together. I started out my child with just a few pictures then increased the amount as he learned them. Now he can match the whole box. It was fun to see him improve.

Deceiving box
I was looking for realistic pictures, the set contains inconsistent art style (sometimes close to reality, sometimes cartoonish with disproportionate eyes for instance). The images can differ from one another so much. Is it the same set?? It's not good for learning.

A hit with my 2 year old!
What a great puzzle! I was looking for a Montessori aligned match puzzle and this is perfect. The realistic images are excellent. We just scatter them on the floor and my toddler spends a while matching them all up. Very happy with them.

Incomplete puzzles
The quality of the puzzle is fine. However, I suspect I received a returned item since there are oil stains on the frame. It only comes in 19 sets plus a repeated piece of puzzle. It’s not worth the risk to return a cheap item during a pandemic so I decided to keep it.

Frustrating
The pieces do not stay together. It was even annoying for me. Would not recommend.

Perfect puzzle for a 2yo boy!
Large size makes it so easy for a toddler to put all parts together by himself! Printing quality is great as well as the thickness of puzzles and quality in general. As a bonus comes in a very nice solid box that could make it a pretty gift and works perfectly for storage after playing.
