Overall - good investment!
Took a while to get used to it....I started out wearing socks and stepping on it, then gradually worked my way upto standing on it with bare feet. Have not tried out the other included gadgets yet. Overall - good investment!

Painful product
This product hurts. I tried my best to work through the pain but I can't even stand on it for one full minute without socks. Last time I tried, I had to peel my feet off and hobble to the bed. Waste of money unless you're cool with standing on a porcupine
