2ND UPDATEThe company reached out to me without me trying to reach them. They went over the possible issues and even sent me a replacement. I haven’t had time to try the replacement yet but will update once I do. I will change my review from star to 5 just for them going the extra mile to remedy the situation. Thankyou for trying to make this right even though you didn’t have too. 👍The sound is good and clear . Slight eco but strong sound . Sadly one mic keeps disconnecting. I got it for my is this karaoke, it’s embarrassing to have somthing brand new fail that fast . First day using it and it only lasted 1 hr. And comes with No batteries.Yes it has Brand new batteries in the Mike and still won’t work .. It just keeps disconnecting. These are too expensive to have this kinda issue so fast .Update : it seems the 2 mics out of the 4 are sharing the same frequency so only 3 work at one time . And after 5 minutes you can no longer control the volume they get stuck on a fixed volume and then only 2 out of the 4 work .I was just gonna get a new set but after this I want nothing to do with this brand again . These cost way too much money to have to go through this kinda hassle . I’m so extremely disappointed in this company. ⚠️do not buy ⚠️. If they compensate I’ll change my review but for now never again .

All 8 channels work perfectly. Previously our praise team bought Phenyx 4 channel and also an 8 channel Phenyx, the Phenyx 4 channel had 1 bad channel, they sent replacement but even that had 1 bad channel. We bought Phenyx 8 channel and 5 channels had static, very disappointed. I have bought three Tonor 4 channel and one Tonor 8 channel systems, NO static on any channels on all four mic systems, amazing. Will always buy Tonor wireless mics, audio richness not as good as Shure or Senheiser, but this price range always recommend Tonor.

Update - 08/22/2025I have been in frequent contact with TONOR and they have gone to great lengths to make sure I am a satisfied customer. Also, I am upping my review of this product to four stars, and Tonor will work with you to ensure that you are satisfied. I used these units for a podcast, and the sound was quite good for a unit of this price range.Pros:* Not bad from a functionality standpoint* Little to no signal dropouts or glitches* Easy Setup* XLR outputs for mixers - full control over each channel* Decent range, although I did not push these Lav's to the limit, and always I kept line-of-sight for the receiver* Gain/Volume controls on the transmitter and receiver.Cons:* Not the most durable materials/workmanshipBottom line is these are a decent budget option for those wishing to use Lav mic's for podcasts/youtube videos and short range wireless mic use. I would not use these for a live event, or for a rough environment. The materials of both the transmitter and receiver were both 100% plastic. YMMVRecommend for budget minded content creators that need to use Lav's for podcasts and other online content in a low-stress environment without a lot of distance/obstructions. Not for pros, but then again, what can you expect for this price?

Very easy to set up! Just plug into a channel on the mixing board, set your levels and go! The battery life is ok, I use rechargeable batteries and one set of AA batteries will make it through a 4 hour show as long as I change them in the beginning. For the cost, the sound is fantastic! They were well worth the money. The only minor issue I have is the location of the power button. Some of my singers tend to hold the mic tightly and will turn it off (or worse, change the channel from A to B by holding the button down too long). That's really pretty minor though and honestly happens pretty infrequently.

Loving the sound and quality of this product

I honestly didn't expect much out of these. Was needing something to mic kids for a children's play and didn't want to invest a lot. Used in our church and setup was easy. When connected, the sound was pretty good. The big problem we had was with the 8 channel version, 2 channels were pretty problematic. Those two channels would drop quite often. There was one point where the actor was about 60 feet away and the body pack was on his belt behind his back and the receiver could not pick up the signal. Once the actor moved to about 35 feet, the mic would connect. This happened with any of the 12 available frequencies. Several of the mics did good and caused no problems. The quality was about equal to other body packs I've used from Shure or AudioTechnica with the same size. So, if I was doing again, I'd get the 2 of the 4 channel versions. Then if all there were any problem mics, just send back the four channels so I could keep the other 4 that were good. Just a thought. Overall, the system was easy to setup, but if you are needing to use all 8 channels and expect them to behave, be ready to be frustrated. So frustrated that you will be wishing you had spent the extra 3,000 for a quality name brand product.

Great wireless headset system! If you guys keep up the energy and excellence in producing this type of quality yet ( inexpensive ) product you will beat ALL the competition. Ive paid hundreds of dollars for this type of set up, yet this one in my honest opinon is simply the BEST! We use this for our Church Ministry and it is exceptional in sound and quality! Don't hesitate and buy it today! I paid full price for this product by the way, ZERO discount. No "VINE" reviewer here .
