I have super sensitive gums and teeth. I had to have alot of dental work after a bad gum infection happened during my pregnancy in 2014 (Didn't know how susceptible pregnant women are to dental problems; expensive lesson learned). I've tried a ton of toothpastes and brands over the years, and since my surgery. I love this specific Sensodyne Repair and Protect, because it does just that, it repairs and protects your teeth. But you must be faithful and use it consistently, along with a great toothbrush (I use a $200 electric brush), great mouth wash, floss, and a water pic. I've followed this routine for a few months now with this toothpaste, and I'm already noticing a big difference. My gums no longer bleed when I brush them, and I've had zero return of infection since. It doesn't have an over powering smell or after taste either, so I'll be using this product until something better comes along. I have a crack in one of my back teeth which has a large filling in it (I'm from back in the day when most people had fillings! lol). The dentist says there's no decay, and recommended I use this toothpaste to deal with the occasional pain I get from hot and cold foods. Since I've started using this toothpaste, I have not had any trouble with that tooth. I'm thrilled, because this is saving me from having to get a crown right now. I love this stuff. :)

My dentist recommended this for tooth sensitivity. I had doubts, but have been using for about a week and it really does seem to be helping. The only downside is the mint flavor, which is probably my personal taste-- I've been using Tom's of Maine fennel toothpaste for years and need to adapt to the breath mint sensation.

I used this Sendodyne toothpaste for the first time tonight & this is by far one of my FAVORITES from their brand! The taste & consistency are amazing to freshen up my breath right away.

I love Sensodyne tooth paste. It does help especially when you have bad teeth. Not sure about the repair part.

In my opinion the only toothpaste I have tried that actually works. I have VERY sensitive teeth and this product works great.

I feel heat and sensitivity when I apply this toothpaste on my teeth.I wonder if it is causing by fluoride.
