- NUTRITIONAL FACT - Our Natural Raw Turmeric Powder has a minimum of 6% curcumin, is about 60–70% carbohydrates, 6–13% , protein, 5–10% fat, 3–7% dietary minerals, 3–7% essential oils, 2–7% dietary fiber, Phytochemical components of turmeric include, such as curcumin and 1–6% curcuminoids. Some 34 essential oils are present in turmeric, among which turmerone, germacrone, atlantone, and zingiberene are major constituents.
- SUGGESTED USE & TASTE - As a food supplement, Adults should take 1 teaspoon (Approx. 3.5 g) Powder mix with lukewarm water or can be added to a breakfast smoothie, soups, stews, or other foods. The recommended daily amount of Raw Turmeric Powder can be re-hydrated in liquid, such as water, vegetable or fruit juice. Please consult a nutritionist for more information. It should ideally be taken on empty stomach daily in the morning & evening for maintaining good health.
