First off, it was packaged far better than I expected. After finally getting all of the packing materials removed I was impressed with a virtually flawless finish. A quick trip to Ace Hardware got me everything I needed to complete the hookup to my natural gas line. I didn't particularly like the included lava rocks appearance so I splurged for blue glass (2 bags). It's really beautiful when the flames are going.One last thing: You'll need a couple of strong men to locate it. I believe net weight is 186 lbs.

I like this modern gas outdoor fireplace. It arrived safely without any damage and I was able to move it to our back patio by myself. I purchased an 18 ft. gas hose to replace the longer one and ran it in a concrete groove on our patio such that it is recessed a bit. I bought an outdoor rug to cover the gas line. It was easy to hook up and I am happy with my purchase. I want to replace the fire rock with a different color and style. It would be good to offer different colors of fire rock, as the volcano rock doesn't seem like a modern choice.

I like my new gas fire pit. It's very high quality. All the gas valves turn off valves and igniter was very top of the line quality. The only thing that did concern me was when I looked at the pictures before ordering it , they showed glass around the fire. I had to order it separately at the cost of $250. I think they should take that picture out of the advertisement, it is misleading. I would advise anyone to buy this unit, it is very very nice. Oh yes my wife loves it.

I completed many hours of research and decided to purchase this product. The product and the seller both had high marks. To be honest I was really worried about the care of the product during shipping, The shipping company was very professional and delivered the items in perfect condition. The delivery company was nice enough to leave up by my house. I simply opened box. placed fire pit on some furniture movers and pulled to back of house. The set up was easy and product worked as advertised. I have only been using for a couple of days but so far everything is great. The heat and flame the fire pit puts out is great for a chilly night, even in the wind. We are very happy with our purchase.

I just received this fire pit today, and it came in an undamaged box, yet as I opened it i saw one of the corners is damaged. The rest of the fire pit is beautiful, and I was super excited to use it tonight, yet feel frustrated paying so much for a damaged product. Bummer.

looks great and works great, didn't break the back either.
