Received broken pieces of the tea maker

I am using this product for more than one month and I like the idea of this product. Its useful to make green and liquor tea. But it can be used for only one or two small cup of tea ata time. So not for large family, very useful for two people's family. For cleaning its difficult to clean the strainer and you have to clean it regular basis, otherwise it will have red colour mark on the filter and will be difficult to remove.

Terrible there are so many problems with this one that it is hard to list them all... Firstly I received it in damaged condition.. But still I checked it out . the strained is fixed in place hence if you want to clean the filter properly u can't remove it. Has a lot of plastic parts in the strainer and I am not sure if that is food grade. Appears very cheap and no good

It looks like a jug in the image but in fact is slightly larger than a personal coffee mug. The glass is not very superior and the acrylic strainer is not impressive.

Glass container easy to clean but the sieve is not. Gets permanently stained after a few months. Made of thin glass hence must be handled with care.
