Update International (PS-12) 12" Pizza Screen

Great pizza screens, honestly not sure how anyone could complain about them since they work fine and couldn't be simpler. I don't recommend putting raw dough on the screens since that's not really what they're made for. Every pizza place I've ever worked at in the past (and I've worked at a few) that uses screens like this pre-bakes the dough a little on a tray, then tops it and finishes it on the screen for a perfect finished pizza every time.

Was planning a start of school pizza dinner with our KettlePizza. I was concerned of the heat outside and having issues sliding the pizzas off the peel onto the stone. Decided to try the screen. Turn the dough out on the screen, assemble pizza, and place pizza with screen in KettlePizza. After one minute use the steel peel to take pizza off screen and place directly on stone. Great results.

We ordered this to use with our Cauli-flour Pizza crusts. They help give a nice crispy finish for an awesome pizza. Great on the Keto diet.

This is what is supposed to be. I have had problems with my pizza being stuck on the screen though, even after oiling it. It does provide a crisp crust and is a bit easier than trying to get a thin crust off of a peel or cutting board and onto a pizza stone. I think I may need one that is pre seasoned on non stick?

cooks pizza excellently. Good quality. I knocked it down to 4 stars because pizza sticks to the very outer edge. This would be a five if that final ring was non stick. But I am satisfied with it.

This is a great product. You can put a tortilla on it; fix it up like a pizza and pop into the oven.In six minutes you have a great thin crust pizza! Great for kids and fast meals that can be healthy

This is the perfect size for thw Cusinart outdoor pizza oven. Any thing larger does not fit unless you lift the lid and burn yourself in the process.
