This is an excellent set of toys which are sturdy and fun for play.Excellent for small boy to learn when playing.Great value.

My 3 year old grandson lived these trucks he needed a little help to put them together but it was fun for him

I bought two of these sets for a nephew and a godson. I love the idea behind being able to take the toys apart and reconstruct them but was concerned that some previous reviews mentioned missing pieces. As my purchases are intended to be Christmas presents I opened both sets to put the toys together to check all pieces are present and fit together well, to avoid disappointment on receipt. One of the sets is fab, with all parts finished to a high standard, plenty of spare nuts and Botha and the instruction sheet printed in colour on glossy paper. However the second set was noticeably poorer quality, with some rough edges on some of the parts which I have filed down, a much poorer-quality instruction leaflet in black-and-white only and printed in low resolution, and fewer spare nuts/bolts than the first set contained. Both sets are complete and I’m sure the boys will love them (I had fun assembling them to check them) but I was disappointed by the discrepancy in quality between the two sets, which should be identical surely as they were bought from the same listing?

Bought as a 5th birthday gift for a kid who yells "digger!" every time we pass a building site and loves trying to help with DIY, flat pack furniture etc. I wanted a toy he could take apart and put back together with simplified tools to gain a sense of mastery and this is absolutely perfect. He loves it. He helped put them together the first time and has been experimenting with taking bits on and off. The combo screwdriver/spanner it comes with is brilliant and just right for little hands. He figured out how to use the spanner end himself to put the wheels on - I turned away for a minute and looked back and he was doing it! A great STEM toy and the wee vehicles themselves are robust and good for building site play. If anything breaks or gets lost I'll probably buy another set - it's that good. Very pleased with this purchase.

The concept of the toy is great but getting some screws in for the first time is quite difficult. As a parent I have to drive them through and take them out before giving it to a child to assemble the trucks. Moreover, plastic quality is pretty bad.
