I use these daily to help sleep at night. My nose always gets blocked for one reason or another and it keeps me up at night. The strips lift your nostrils open and make it easy to breathe through your nose even if you have a stuffy nose! I wish I could use these all day long! I mean, I could, but it would be weird to walk around with a bandage looking thing like I've got a broken nose... which.. technically I do if I can't breathe..? I used to use the large size, but have found the small/medium size is a perfect size. You can easily get away with the large size with an average or small nose, it just might extend to your cheek a bit. The small/medium size would even be fine for larger noses. The adhesive is strong but gentle, and after a minute or two, you don't even notice it's there. There really is no ideal position, you kind of just have to find what works best for you. You technically can remove it and replace it, but it isn't as sticky and might not hold all night. I never get it in the same spot every night, but it still works just fine. I highly recommend either washing your face or using an oil sheet to wipe your nose right before using as any little amount of oil will make it start to lift off within ten minutes. If it does lift, I press it down and rub a bit to kind of push out the oil and/or heat it up a bit and it seems to do the trick. All in all, this product is truely a life saver. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

They work really well, but they leave a little dent on the top of the nose the next day

Clear and stay put over night and into the next day. I've tried them all and these and the least noticeable if your out and about.

I hate that I need these but they are very good at keeping me able to breathe while sleeping. If they're applied correctly, they'll work. Occasionally, I've had to rip one off, throw it away and try again. It would be nice if they could be repositioned but that's my only complaint.
