Really regretting not having bought this with my first baby, it had made a world of difference to our breastfeeding journey! So easy to use, small enough to put into a purse and I can easily pump on the go /in the car. Just get it, it’s a massive lifesaver!

Unit stopped pumping after 5 weeks, seems to be bricked as the lights stay on and I can’t turn it off… but it doesn’t work.Bought a pair - thankfully, since one unit has stopped working and the other is a backup.Amazon won’t replace after a month - have to go via manufacturing, 3 website forms filled in… no responses after 2 weeks.Their WhatsApp support is incredibly slow - and responses happen in the early hours of the morning, with only a few minutes allowed for a response before the close the chat.Spending a lot of money on a device, where a failure could be very impactful to a breastfeeding Mum is very disappointing. It can only be a 1 star experience.It’s a great product design - but on this experience I’d not choose them again. And will seek a full refund for something more dependable.

I wouldn’t recommend bending over because they will leak through the bottle release button.Sometimes the sensor doesn’t work and I will overflow with milk pouring out- recently happened whilst in the car on my way to a beauty appointment to which I turned up with my shirt 50% soaking wet smelling of milk. Fair to say I burst into tears with embarrassment and feeling undignified. Wrote to Elvie who say they won’t do anything and they don’t believe the sensor doesn’t work and I need to keep an eye on the app - the whole point of these are to be discreet! I won’t be pumping outside my home ever again!The battery does hold for 24 hours (gives me 6 pumps a day at 15 minutes).Lots of parts to wash and sanitise, but I’d recommend getting spare bottles to help with that.They are very light and small so fairly discreet, would recommend measuring nipple because I surprisingly needed a cushion which does make it more comfortable.

This product changed my wife’s life. We tried other wearable pumps but they were heavy and very faulty, we had horrible experiences with customer service with Momcozy, so we decided to go for the real thing. It was a game changer and totally worth it. This pump is much more gentle and lightweight. Would recommend not wasting time and money with cheap copy cats and invest in high quality.

Every time we use this pump it leaks.Also, every component needs to be bone dry before it will seal properly, which is a major drawback if you’re using a steam steriliser.The customer support chat doesn’t work and gets disconnected, so then they email you instead and the emails are so in depth that it would take 15minutes to respond.The phone numbers are only based in the US.All in all, not worth the money at all.We are back using our Frau Pow, and our wallets are significantly lighter.

I was a bit nervous about pumping and also about which pump to purchase. After working out exactly what I wanted (wearable, quiet, smart tech) I took the plunge and bought Elvie and I'm so glad I did. I finally have my life back, even if it's just the little things like washing the dishes! The automatic express to stimulation was a feature I didn't realise until afterwards either.
