I have after cancer treatment gray hair. I now keep it fairly short and layered. I decided to splurge because my hair was ugly. VERB Ghost shampoo & conditioner has made me want to put on makeup again. The shampoo lathers so nicely and rinses easily. The conditioner is fairly thick, it comes out in a ribbon. Maybe I need an extra 15 seconds to rinse but my hair is lovely afterwards. My hair is shiny and looks thicker. I rarely do reviews but this shampoo & conditioner deserves my time and effort. My hairdresser recommended this product to me because I have fine hair. I have noticed that a little product goes a long way, and my hair is so soft after using it. It does not weigh my hair down at all, which is exactly what I was wanting. No greasy residue left behind either. The smell of the shampoo is a bit nasty to me, personally. It smells just like Cefdinir antibiotic, and I cannot use it without thinking about that medicine. lol

Love this product- it doesn’t weigh down hair , cleans well and smells fantastic. But Amazon needs to do better on packaging because anytime I order hair products, the caps are loose (or even missing altogether) and the product is spilled everywhere inside the shipping bag.

Alright, stay with me. I’m 5’7 with an average-length torso, and my hair is down to my waist. Box dyed for 16 years. Fine, thin. Wash daily. Okay. I’m also a cheapskate with everything but hair products. I don’t know who recommended Ghost to me, but I ignored them for a while. My hair started to feel unhealthy so I said screw it, I’m worth it. I went for the big bottles and I was so excited.Day 1: After styling my hair like normal, my hair was SO DRY. It felt like straw. Like worse than it has in years. Like a Dementor said he was tired of happiness and sucked all the moisture out of my hair instead.Day 2: Same thing. It was terrible. I wept over the waste of $80 and almost gave up, but I told myself to trust the process. Just one more day.Day 3: Miracles.When I tell you that after two days of this stuff seemingly ruining my hair, it was reborn again like Jesus himself. I’m on week 3 now and I’ve never loved my hair more. It’s so soft that my husband literally cannot keep his hands off of it. It’s shiny, healthy, isn’t falling out, and it’s so much easier to style.Trust the process indeed.The only reason I deducted a half a star is because the scent is terrible. The shampoo smells awful, the conditioner is only slightly better. It’s faint enough that the other products I use post-shower cover it up, but for such a phenomenal product, I can’t believe it doesn’t at least smell… like something better than whatever it is.Anyway; try it. And if it sucks for the first couple of days, stick with it. It’s worth it.

I’ve been using verb for months now and I’ve finally found a shampoo and conditioner worth buying again and again. My hair is long, very thick, naturally wavy, and bleached. Due to the processing, dryness has always been an issue but this product leaves my hair moisturized, soft, and smooth without weighing it down. I also feel like I have to use less of these products than I have any other product. So while they’re pricey, they do last a long time. I also love finishing with ghost oil on my ends. These products are worth every penny.
