Portable Off Grid Power
The BougeRV 220WH portable power has been a welcome addition to my portable camping/off-grid set up. It is advertised as back up power for portable refrigerator/freezers which it has worked extremely well. With my BougeRV dual compartment fridge/freezer set with both sides on 40degrees ECO LO, then battery lasted for 3.5 days. Of course, it lasts for a shorter time when the freezer is used. With one side fridge and other side freezer it lasted for just over 24 hours.Of course it can also be used to charge most items. We take it along on road trips and pack it in the baby stroller when we take extended walks. It isn’t exactly light or small enough to carry around in a pack or purse, but with some planning it can be done if remote power is necessary. The solar panel function is excellent. I am always surprised that energy is created out of thin air! It is easy to hook up and start drawing power from the sun. It charged relatively quickly but that also depends on cloud coverage. The one downside for me is that it doesn’t have a 3 prong plug AC connection. It does have all other types including DC cigarette lighter which I used to charge the fridge. All in all, great addition and very useful piece of kit. Hopefully it remains reliable and free of malfunctions.EDIT: After a few weeks of use I must say that I may have been quick to gauge how long the power station lasts. The 3.5 days I mentioned in the original review seems to have been during very ideal conditions. Now that I am packing my fridge and this power pack full time in my SUV I can’t make it last for a little more than a day. It has been useful but for the fridge, I consider it a true back up and not a main source of power.

Works great
Had to come on here and change my review. The first day I charged the battery all day and when I used it the next day it only lasted 3 hours before dying completely. I put it to charge inside my house and it charged all day and night and was not at 100%. Charged to like 48%. Took the battery with me in the car and put it to charge. It charged faster in my car than in my house. Day 3, battery has been charging faster in both my house and my car. Battery has also been working great. No more issues. I use it for like 3-4 hours a day, Monday through Friday and it only uses like not even 10% of the battery charge.

Great little power bank!
I only use this to power my BougeRV fridge when the truck is off. For that purpose it works fantastic. It’ll keep the fridge going for nearly 12 hrs (easily all night) so you don’t have to worry about things going bad.I have the fridge plugged to the battery and the battery to the truck in a sequence so when I’m driving it’s charging and as soon as I turn the key off it starts to self power the fridge. It works PERFECTLY!I will usually have a 100% charge to start my night at camp no problem.I’ve also used a 60watt solar panel instead of the truck to charge the battery while it’s running the fridge. It can take in more power than it’s using so in about 2hrs it was topped off and shut down the solar input automatically until the fridge ran down the power then automatically switched on again!I love that it fits all contained in the little cubbie on the fridge but it does get hot so be very careful if your running and charging it hard to crack open the door on the fridge cubbie to give it some breathing room. This battery is easy to use and seems very durable as well.I noticed it has a slight high pitched whine when running but it can’t be heard when installed in the fridge so it’s not an issue.Would 100% buy this together with the Bouge RV fridge again. Great bang for your buck!

Turns your compatible cooler into a battery powered one!
It's a nice battery that's designed for a set of BougeRV's coolers, including coolers with a dedicated storage compartment for the battery. Some nuances:- The battery doesn't fit snug into the battery/accessory compartment. If the battery is too close to the bottom end of the cooler, the accessory compartment would not close.- The accessory compartment has a hole to run a wire out of the compartment, to it's charge port. This leads to a loose cable (1-2 inches) outside and can get tangled with things, it's not flush.- This is advertised for 6 hours of runtime. This is only the case when you set the cooler in ECO mode, and refrigerate for not less than 40 degrees farenheit. All in all, for a small device it holds a good amount of watt hours, but you can find similar energy storage devices with different form factor for half the price point. If this fit a bit more flush on some BougeRV coolers, the price would be worth it.

Simple, good features, works great
I ended up using this while camping and then immediately after during power outages following hurricane Beryl. It works great, the display is super and I'm operation it kept my refrigerated cooler running for many hours and used it when my much larger battery source was off site charging at friends home. It is great for keeping things cool while on the way to and from campsites, etc. Good quality too. I'm not afraid of dropping it or having it bounce around a bit. Solidly built.
