I wished I had bought this sooner, easiest one of the best purchases in our house.The product design is amazing, reminds me of apple product. So neat, tidy and the attention to details is just top notch. It’s a pleasure to unbox it, install it and to use it. What really amazed me is how clean it keeps the water. I wash it and change filter etc flooring the app reminder. I am so surprised to see literally there is nothing to clean which shows how well the filter system works. I’ve used petmate for years and just wished I never bothered about that product which always appears dirty after a few days of cleaning. I literally can’t rave about this product enough. If you have any doubt investing in one of these, stop thinking and just get one. I love the app too. So user friendly. It gives you a little reminder for adding water, changing filter, cleaning etc. you can also set how often you want to run the filtering cycle. My cats took 2 a day or two to get used to it but they love drinking from it now.

I recently purchased the PETKIT Cat Water Fountain with the UVC Wireless Pump, and while my initial experience had a hiccup, I am overall very pleased with both the product and the customer service.Performance:The fountain itself is fantastic. It’s quiet, sleek, and my cat absolutely loves it. The water flow is perfect, and the UVC sterilisation feature gives me peace of mind knowing the water is clean and safe for my pet. The design is modern and fits nicely in my home.Initial Issue:However, the first unit I received had an issue where it did not detect a water shortage. This was a concern as it could potentially run dry, which isn’t ideal for maintaining the pump’s longevity or ensuring my cat always has water.Customer Service:The customer service was exceptional. Upon contacting them about the issue, they were prompt and very helpful. They facilitated a return without any hassle, and I was able to order a replacement unit.Resolution:The new unit arrived quickly and, unlike the first one, it accurately detects water shortage. This added feature has made a significant difference, and now I can rest assured that the fountain will alert me when it needs a refill.Conclusion:Despite the initial problem, I am very happy with the PETKIT Cat Water Fountain. The product works beautifully, and the customer service experience was excellent. If you encounter any issues, rest assured that they will be resolved efficiently. My cat and I are very satisfied with this purchase, and I highly recommend it.

Pros:- Looks great- Extremely quiet- Reservoir lifts off wirelessly to fill up / clean at the sinkCons:- NO WATER LEVEL!! You can't see at a glance how much water is in the fountain, this is a huge design flaw in my opinion.- Bluetooth connection isn't very useful as you can't tell if the fountain is working when you're away from home. A proper wifi connection would be much better.- Filters are needlessly plasticky which feels a bit wasteful

I have many water fountains and they are usually pretty flawed. The biggest complaint with other brands is that the filter smells after a period of time. The Petkit filter doesn't. Maybe it has to do with the UVC pump. What I do know is that I have full confidence in this unit and my cat happily drinks from it. Other fountains are fiddly to clean - this so simple. It even comes with a brush and tweaser combo to help take the pump apart. No wires to worry about either. The base is like a wireless charger - it powers the pump without cables. Just lift off the main unit and give it a good clean. Take the pump apart and do likewise. I clean it every week and I don't even need to top-up during the week.I can honestly say this is the best pet water fountain I have used.

Having been very impressed with my Petkit Element Solo pet feeder that I purchased a couple of months ago, I decided to get one of thier water fountains for my cat. They make a good range, but I picked the Eversweet PRO3 for a few reasons, but mainly because it can be controlled by thier app. Also it has clean minimal design which looks great next to my feeder. What I also like is it's easy to refil as the main unit and its base are separate. The pump runs via an induction motor, so no wires, just lift the main unit, remove the tray/filter and refill. Very easy. Another bonus is you can also control it when you are away from home, but only if you have one of thier other cloud connected devices such as the Element Solo feeder.Once powered up I opened the App, went to add another device and it connected immediately, so a very easy setup. If using this fountain on its own without another compatible Petkit device it will connect to the app via Bluetooth.Although this is not the cheapest water fountain out there, I think its almost certainly one of the best. Of course if you are not worried about remote connection or being able to control via the app, go for the cheaper Solo fountain which is still a good unit.My one concern whan buying this was would my senior cat take to it, or just look at it and walk away. As it turned out I had no reason to worry. As soon as I turned it he showed interest, looked at it for a minute, then started drinking. He definitely drinks more now than he used to.You need to bear in mind the cost of the filters which will need replacing every 4 - 6 weeks dependant as to how long the unit is left running. I use mine in Smart Mode, so at default it runs for 3 minutes then cuts off for 3 minutes, though this is customisable. Doing this extends the filter life. They are around £20 for a pack of five.As mentioned in my title, there really is an Apple aesthetic about this fountains design. It really is a very nice thing. All in all I really can't fault this product. A solid five star buy.
