I have been using this on my arm/wrist area for a while first before trying on sensitive areas. I like the formula, it is gentle on my skin so far and has a pleasant smell. It is like most options, feels good and smooth on my skin. I can see slight lightening on the patch I've been using it on so I know that this is effective!
