Packaging:- The wheat grass juice powder came packaged just as indicated on by the photos on Amazon. It came in a nice small ziplock bag with a relatively durable zipper that I haven't yet manage to accidentally rip off the side of the bag yet, which I tend to do a lot with the original packaging of things in ziplock bags (but it's obviously not as durable as say a double zipper ziplock bag that you'd buy at the store). The bag itself is made of a relatively durable material and blocks out sunlight, with the exception of the small window in the front of the bag. As a side note, if you don't consider how much 5 oz of a powder really is, the small size of the packaging might surprise you a bit.Powder:- Smell: Very vegetal (kind of smells like cooked spinach to me), savory (kind of a hard one to describe unlessyou smell it yourself, but it's a pretty nice smell)- Appearance: For once, the promotional picture got the color of the powder right. It's a really deep forest greenthat I really like. When you mixed it into some water, it produces a liquid with roughly the sameshade of green- Taste: The powder itself (without anything else) tastes pretty vegetal (kind of like cooked spinach) with anadded slightly salty and savory note. When I mixed about 1 tsp of it with about a cup (240 mL) of waterthe vegetal taste was still present (a pretty mild vegetal flavor that I could take sips of without feelingthe need to chug it down), but the salty and savoriness wasn'treally as detectable any more. Note that the powder really likes to clump together if you don't shake orblend it up really well- Nutrition: Like with most nutritional information in the US, nothing is really as straightforward as you'd like itto be. Some purport massive nutritional benefits and others claim that, while it does like some goodnutrients, it's not as much of a magic bullet (so to say) as some make it out to be. To sum it up, itcan't hurt to drink some wheat grass juice powder, and personally feel good about consumingsomething healthy (assuming it doesn't break your wallet to do so) as opposed to say a can of sodaloaded with high-fructose corn syrup in it

I absolutely love this product! I suffer from RLS and Fibromyalgia and it has been suggested that I start having Wheatgrass shots to help relieve the pain, along with a few other issues that I have. It was too expensive and out ofof buy way to be able to buy a shot from a store everyday so when I saw this I decided to try. I looked at other products first and found this one to have the best reviews on freshness and effectiveness. Just was happily surprised to find ghis to be true. The green is rich and the smell is fresh, and it is so easy to add it to my morning smoothies. I used to put a protein powder in it, but ran out at the same time I received this. I thought I would still be hungry, but I actually felt fuller than I used to be from my regular shakes. I can't say anything bad about this! Now I must say that I have never liked the taste very much, so I was worried I would not like the taste in my morning smoothies. But I just add chocolate silk instead of vanilla, and some peanut butter, some ice and mix it up and it is quite tasty!! Not only that but I am already feeling the affects of my pain being relieved, which makes this moremail then worth it.

I am impressed! This is a very high quality product! Having used another prominent brand for a few years, I was skeptical that this product would be as good. It is grown in the same geographic area and appears to be processed in the identical way. I have bought (and liked) another TerraSoul product before (organic raw Mylk cashews), so I thought I would try the Wheatgrass. The recloseable plastic bag is less wasteful than other competitors' products, too, which is a big plus for us. I transferred it into amber glass bottles from the plastic bag and we are using it from there.

This wheat grass juice powder is definitely real juice that's been powdered. It's good quality. I like it, and will keep this as my backup brand, but I did find something I liked better. This powder is a touch on the bitter side for me and has a slight iron residue taste to it. Your tastebuds may differ with mine, however. You won't be disappointed with this brand if you like wheat grass juice.
